यह जिज्ञासा कई लोगों के मन में रहती है कि भगवान का पूजन सुबह या फिर शाम को ही क्यों किया जाता है? क्या पूरे दिन ऐसा कोई मुहूर्त नहीं होता है जिसमें हम पूजा कर सकें? कई लोग सुबह 10-11 बजे ही पूजा करते हैं, हालांकि ऐसे समय की गई पूजा व्यर्थ मानी जाती है। पूजा के लिए हमारे धर्म शास्त्रों ने दो ही समय नियत किए हैं। पहला ब्रह्म मुहूर्त यानी सूर्योदय से पहले या फिर शाम को सूर्यास्त के समय। ऐसा समय निश्चित करने के पीछे केवल धार्मिक मान्यताएं या परंपराएं नहीं हैं बल्कि यह पूरी तरह मनोवैज्ञानिक प्रक्रिया है। सुबह और शाम पूजन, भजन या मंत्रोच्चारण करने के पीछे सबसे बड़ा कारण हमारे भीतर शांति और आनंद पैदा करने को लेकर है। इन दोनों समय को बहुत ही वैज्ञानिक और व्यवहारिक तरीके से तय किया गया है। सुबह ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में जागकर पूजा करने, मंत्रोच्चारण से हमारा दिनभर ठीक गुजरता है। काम का तनाव नहीं रहता। मंत्रों के उच्चारण से पैदा हुई सकारात्मक ऊर्जा दिनभर हमारे इर्द-गिर्द रहती है। इस कारण किसी भी काम का तनाव हमारे ऊपर नहीं पड़ता। लोगों पर हमारी बात का भी सकारात्मक असर पड़ता है। वहीं शाम को सूर्यास्त के समय पूजा करने से हमारे भीतर दिनभर के काम से हुई थकान और तनाव दूर हो जाते हैं। दिनभर में कम हुई सकारात्मक ऊर्जा फिर तैयार हो जाती है। इससे रात को तनावमुक्त और गहरी नींद आती है। बुरे सपने नहीं दिखाई देते। मन में शांति रहती है। इसके पीछे एक और भी कारण है सुबह सूर्योदय और शाम को सूर्यास्त के समय सूर्य की किरणों का तेज कम हो जाता है। इससे उससे आने वाली धूप भी अच्छी लगती है, शरीर पर कोई दुष्रभाव नहीं छोड़ती। शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी भी मिलता है। This subject was Answered before…We are Posting it right away in hindi for the Followers
